What is Social Media Management and what does Media That Worx do for my company?

Media That Worx will take care of all of your social media activities, giving you time to focus on running your business. Media That Worx posts updates, responds to comments and questions from your customers, and makes sure that you have an active online presence.

What requirements do I need for a service plan? Do I need a website?

You do not need to have a website to utilize our service plans in your online marketing. The only thing that you need to start is an activated account for the social media services (Facebook, Twitter, etc) that you have signed up for. Media That Worx will take care of the rest.

Do I have to give you my login information?

We do require login information for Linkedin and Twitter. We do not require information for Facebook, but you will have to make us an admin of your page, which will allow us to post on your behalf. Instructions to do so can be found here.

Does Media That Worx respond to comments and questions on our social media pages?

Media That Worx does respond to comments on your social media pages. When you sign up, we ask for a list of common questions and general facts about your company so that we can respond to most questions on your social media pages. If there is something that we don’t have the answer to or needs a more detailed response, we will contact you for the answer or direct them to your customer service for further assistance.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Media That Worx does allow you to change your package at any time, although changes in your account may take up to a week due to our posting and writing process.

Can I cancel at any time?

You may cancel your account at any time. If you signed up for one of our termed service plans and you wish to cancel prior to the term maturity date, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the remaining term amount. Once an account is cancelled, Media That Worx will immediately stop posting to your social media sites.

How often do you post to my social media sites?

That all depends on the service plan you choose. We offer the option to post anywhere from 3 times a week on two social media sites, to 6 times a week on 4 social media sites.

How long does setup take and what does it involve?

Setup can take up to 5 business days from when we receive all of the required information from you. Our setup process involves taking a look at your business, researching content, and creating a pool of resources that we can use to create posts that suit your needs and target audience.

When do you start posting?

Media That Worx will start posting to your social media sites when your account setup is complete and we have all of the required information from you.

How soon will I see social media growth?

The time frame and amount of growth that you will see is directly related to your business and it’s market. Small businesses in a very niche market will see smaller growth numbers than a large business with a wider market.

Are there any setup fees?

We charge a $150 Discovery fee upon sign up on all service plans. This fee includes your profile assessment, outline of recommended social media strategy, and research of what is working in your field to model. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Will you set up my social media accounts?

We do not set up your social media accounts. Due to privacy issues on certain social media sites, we cannot set up pages for you, as they are linked to private accounts. If you do not have these accounts set up, we have some tutorials available to walk you through the process.

Does Media That Worx create content to post or do I have to give that to you?

Media That Worx will create all the content to post to your pages. We spend time getting to know your business so that we can create custom content that focuses on your desired market and target audience. We encourage you to keep us informed about upcoming events or other things going on with your business so that we can post about them and keep your online fans up to date.

How does Media That Worx create content to post?

As part of each service plan, we will conduct a "Social Profile Assessment" This will require you to provide us with a description of your business along with other information that allows us to research and become familiar with your business’ brand, voice and niche. We then find content specifically suited for your target audience and market.
